Enviromental Systems

Colco International Systems Ltd. has made a corporate commitment to maintaining a clean environment, both for the protection and safety of employees and for the communities in which our equipment is operated.

We design and supply:

Closed loop pollution control systems
Mist eliminators
Solution recycling systems
Dust collectors
Make-up air and extraction fans
Shut down valves and spill containment systems

The chroming process causes airborne particulates that are captured and recycled by Colco’s closed loop environmental system. Forced air fans draw the particulates into a ventilation system, passing the air through a three-stage mist eliminator that recovers the particles and recycling them to the chrome tanks.

Effectiveness: Colco plants are designed and equipped with the most up-to-date environmental and emission control systems. Recycling is maximized and easily monitored to ensure that noth ing leaves the plant to contaminate air, water or soil. The efficiency of the control systems is approaching our corporate goal of zero waste and emissions.

The Enviromental System

Compliance: Colco continually updates environmental systems to ensure conformity with international guidelines. In each country where our equipment operates, Colco understands and complies with all government environmental regulations.

Health and Safety: The health and safety of employees is very important to Colco. Prior to commissioning a new remanufacturing centre, all employees are instructed on health and safety issues, and requirements for protective clothing and safety equipment are specified.
